The transparent liquid electrostatic painting allows us to apply a translucent film to the product while maintaining the previous finish without changing the colour.
In addition to this there are variants: among the most used we find the semi-opaque and the opaque which, applied to the product, give an opaque transparent or semi-opaque, elegant and contemporary effect.

Electrostatic painting is applied in two ways:

Spraying

In spray painting, the chosen paint is distributed on the product by means of a gun which, with an electrostatic jet that wraps around the piece, covers the surface. This process is mainly chosen for products that require higher quality. Once painted, the piece is dried in an oven with a temperature that varies according to the painted material.

Immersion

In immersion painting, the chosen paint is distributed on the product by immersion in a liquid paint tank. The immersion time varies according to various factors and, once it has risen to the surface, the piece continues its path in an oven with variable temperature, depending on the painted material.

For greater quality, the products are checked by specialised operators both before the painting stage and in the final stages in order to avoid errors or imperfections.
With our systems we can paint different materials and small and medium-sized pieces without any problem.
